No. Our programs are only for people who are ready to commit themselves in making a change. Changing our habits is not easy, so I really need your commitment for at least 3 months for you to see and feel the changes in your body.

Only for particular situations/ illness or goals. I prefer to give flexible meal guides as this has been proven to result on better adherence. I will teach you how to eat healthier so that you can maintain the good habits without the need of a nutritionist telling you what to eat everyday.
Yes. We have a qualified PT in our team. She will build personalized workouts according to your goal, physical limitations (if any), preferences (if you want to workout at home or at the gym, or if you do sports, or prefer to only lift weights). All workouts will be loaded in an app with explanatory videos.
