Hi, I’m Nicolas
I am a Trained Dietitian (Argentina), NZ Registered Nutritionist, and Fitness Coach.
I have a PgDip in Sports Nutrition, I am a Certified Personal Trainer, and Kinanthropometrist ISAK level 2.
I am specialised in different approaches such as intermittent fasting, keto, plant-based, and macros coaching.
I have also specialized in Change Psychology. Because at the end of the day, whatever your goal is, you need to change to succeed. I have the tools and knowledge to help you make that deep change.
For the last few years, I have helped hundreds of clients on building healthy habits in every aspect of life: sleep, stress management, exercise, nutrition, and work-life balance. And there’s nothing more rewarding than to see people recover their health not only physically but mentally too.

How do you work?
I work in a holistic and flexible way. I will design a personalized meal guide focused on your personal goals without losing sight of your general wellbeing. I will not give you a strict diet, I will teach you how to change habits, make better choices, organize your meals, take care of your body and mind.
Are your programs for anyone?
No. Our programs are only for people who are ready to commit themselves in making a change. Changing our habits is not easy, so I really need your commitment for at least 3 months for you to see and feel the changes in your body.
I don't think I need a programme. Can I book one consultation?
Yes, of course. If you only need one consultation, we can certainly do that. Then, you can book follow-ups as needed. Book your consultation here
Do you do strict meal plans?
Only for particular situations/ illness or goals. I prefer to give flexible meal guides as this has been proven to result on better adherence. I will teach you how to eat healthier so that you can maintain the good habits without the need of a nutritionist telling you what to eat everyday.
Do you build workouts?
Yes. We have a qualified PT in our team. She will build personalized workouts according to your goal, physical limitations (if any), preferences (if you want to workout at home or at the gym, or if you do sports, or prefer to only lift weights). All workouts will be loaded in an app with explanatory videos.
Where are you based?
I live in New Zealand but my programmes and consultations are 100% online. So, wherever you are in planet Earth, we can work together.
