I will teach you how to plan your meals in a flexible way, so you don’t have to follow strict diets that you don’t enjoy.
As a Sports Nutritionist, I will design your nutrition plan to match your training and improve performance.
Whatever your goal is I will design a game plan to get you to that goal in a balanced and healthy way.
I work with individuals or couples.
Couples follow-up sessions are 30 min each, as I like to dedicate at least 30 min to each of you to understand your progress, and roadblocks, and plan your next step.
Individuals – 60 min call $180
Couples – 90 min call $270
30 min call $100
To make a deep change and see results, you need commitment. Most clients start seeing results after 2 to 3 months, this is why I put together a starter package that you can use within 3 months.

Follow-up packages are available for individuals or couples who already had an initial consultation or completed their Starter Pack sessions.

Do you have Health Insurance?
You may be eligible for cover
When you work with a Registered Nutritionist in NZ, your health insurance may cover your consultation costs.
Check your policy or contact your provider to know if you are eligible for coverage.
How does it work?
- You book your consultation.
- After our call, I will send you the invoice.
- After payment, you will receive the receipt.
- You make your claim to the insurance.

What's your approach?
I work in a holistic and flexible way. I will design a personalized meal guide focused on your personal goals without losing sight of your general wellbeing. I will not give you a strict diet, I will teach you how to change habits, make better choices, organize your meals, take care of your body and mind.
How do you work?
We start with an initial consultation of 1 hour, and then you can book your follow-ups every 2 to 3 weeks. You can book and pay as you go or get a package (and save some $$). We can discuss this at the end of your first consultation, you don't need to decide before that.

Do you do strict meal plans?
Only for particular situations/ illness or goals. I prefer to give flexible meal guides as this has been proven to result on better adherence. I will teach you how to eat healthier so that you can maintain the good habits without the need of a nutritionist telling you what to eat everyday.
Do you build workouts?
Yes. Dynamic workout routines are included if needed. However, if you need a personalized routine according to your goal, physical limitations (if any), and preferences, we can work it out.

I live in New Zealand but I work online. So, wherever you are on planet Earth, we can work together.
