My Story
Hi, I’m Nicolas
I am a trained Dietitian (Argentina), a New Zealand Registered Nutritionist, and a Sports Nutritionist.
I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Sports Nutrition and have completed the International Olympic Committee (IOC) Sports Nutrition Diploma. My professional background also includes certification as a Personal Trainer and qualification as an ISAK Level 2 Kinanthropometrist, allowing me to integrate nutrition, body composition assessment, and exercise principles into a cohesive approach.
My work is grounded in evidence-based practice and draws on a range of nutritional frameworks, including intermittent fasting, ketogenic and plant-based nutrition, as well as macronutrient-based coaching. These approaches are not applied dogmatically, but adapted to the individual’s health history, training demands, lifestyle, and long-term goals.
A core component of my practice is Change Psychology. Sustainable improvements in health and performance require more than information alone—they depend on consistent behaviour change over time. I work closely with clients to develop the skills, systems, and mindset needed to create lasting change.
Over the past several years, I have worked with hundreds of clients to improve health, performance, and quality of life by addressing key foundations such as nutrition, training, sleep, stress management, and work–life balance. My focus is always on long-term outcomes that support both physical health and mental well-being.

How it Works
What's your approach?
I work in a holistic and flexible way. I will design a personalized meal guide focused on your personal goals without losing sight of your general wellbeing. I will not give you a strict diet, I will teach you how to change habits, make better choices, organize your meals, take care of your body and mind.
How do you work?
We start with an initial consultation of 1 hour, and then you can book your follow-ups every 2 to 3 weeks. You can book and pay as you go or get a package (and save some $$). We can discuss this at the end of your first consultation, you don't need to decide before that.

Do you offer strict meal plans?
Only for particular situations/ illness or goals. I prefer to give flexible meal guides as this has been proven to result on better adherence. I will teach you how to eat healthier so that you can maintain the good habits without the need of a nutritionist telling you what to eat everyday.
Do you build workouts?
Yes. Dynamic workout routines are included if needed. However, if you need a personalized routine according to your goal, physical limitations (if any), and preferences, we can work it out.
Where are you based?
I work online. So, wherever you are on planet Earth, we can work together.
